Graham Elliot Bowles (born 1/4/77) is known professionally as Graham Elliot. He is a Chicago-based chef who attended culinary school at Johnson & Wales University. In May 2008, he opened Graham Elliot, which was his first restaurant and the first bistronomic restaurant in Chicago, IL. It received two stars in the 2013 Michelin Guide. Just two restaurants in the city has been awarded two Michelin stars. He is married with three sons. He is a judge on the TV series Junior MasterChef.
