Vilnius has serious fears of a "Russian invasion" and is preparing for war, the Austrian newspaper “Kurier” reported. Lithuanian schools are distributing brochures with instructions on how to behave in the event of a bombing.
So maybe this is just my naivety, but I wonder if the Lithuanian people still dress like this, as I'm coming across a lot of pictures like this one- I guess people don't understand what traditional clothing and national costumes are.
