Sparkling Pear & Cranberry Cocktail: Put cranberries in a small bowl; add two tbs of warm water. Drain, pat dry & refrigerate until serving. Divide pear nectar among 8 tall champagne glasses. Add cranberries and then pour champagne.
Directions1. Pour Ederflower cordial into the bottom of the champagne glass2. Followed by pomegranate juice and gin3. Add Prosecco or Sparkling Wine and stir gently.4.
