Vegan noodles with peanut sauce is one of my favorite easy dishes to whip up. You can make this Thai and Chinese-inspired dish more or less spicy.

• 3 cloves Garlic

• 1/2 tsp Ginger, powder

• 2 Green onions

Condiments

• 2 tbsp Lime juice

• 2/3 cup Peanut butter

• 1/4 cup Soy sauce

Pasta & Grains

• 1/2 lb Pasta or noodles, cooked

Baking & Spices

• 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper

• 2 tbsp Sesame seeds

Oils & Vinegars

• 2 tbsp Sesame oil
