Workout Clothes You'll Freak Over

I do this all the time. Once I have my workout clothes on it just seems stupid to take them off before they're sweaty. It's a mind game. :) I always feel so guilty if I'm in workout clothes but don't exercise!

Repeat...and...Repeat.

You constantly have to change up your workout or your body gets use to it. Every week change it up or make sure you are cross training so your body is using different muscles all the time.
