Overnight refrigerator oatmeal- I split this recipe in half and thought it was plenty. I thought cold oatmeal would be weird but I liked it! Had to add a sweetener to it though because the Greek yogurt gives it a bitter taste. And I used flax seed instead of Chia seeds, and added frozen blueberries when I put it in the refrigerator at night then added cinnamon in the morning. I will probably make this a lot during the summer!

Rolled oats, greek yogurt and whatever toppings you'd like. It's a COLD oatmeal prepared the night before for a quick and healthy breakfast in the morning.
