A rounded crinkle yarn is alternated with fine fabric braid to confer a rippled surface; the motif created by the weave is a geometric lozenge pattern. Decò is woven on special looms enabling the use of different bulky yarns. The interlacings on the reverse side add stability to the fabric when being made up. Its weight and resistance to abrasion make it ideal for upholstery applications.
