The two Adidas logos in this picture contain identical shapes, however the only difference in those shapes are their proximity to each other. The shapes on the right are more likely to be perceived as a group since they are closer together. This Adida logo represents the Gestalt theory of Proximity. Al though the right logo are aline, the left logo's pieces are proximity to each other. We directly in our minds line them up and creates that Adidas logo.
