Purple Iris - Drought tolerant. Blooms in spring; green strappy leaves look decent through fall. Will die back in winter without any need to prune. Spreads by clumping. Can be lifted and divided every 5 years or so. ❤️

I love the DEEP purple of these irises. The greens surrounding frame it beautifully- my goal is a garden, and I hope to plan that after the irises come other riotous colors.
