Swedish Petroglyph. A petroglyph is an imaged carved into rock. This bronze age petroglyph was found in western sweden in 1972.

Nordic Bronze Age Petroglyphs on the Vitlyckehäll stone near Tanumshede, in Västra Götaland County, western Sweden. The area around Tanumshede has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

These early carvings pre date Germanic expansion into Scandinavia, and demonstrate that Sámi people were master's of the sea.
