Paper Pops Tutorial by Lorrie Everitt. Die-cut two 1 1/2" circles. Cut two 2" x 12" strips of scrapbook paper. Score each strip every 1/2" then fold like an accordion. Glue the two strips together lengthwise, then glue the ends together to form a circle. Let glue dry completely. Apply a generous amount of adhesive to the backs of the two die-cut circles. Push down to flatten the accordian strip circle. Attach a die-cut circle to the front & back to keep the paper pop in place. Decorate.
