Murm’s Beef Enchiladas 1 lb. ground beef 1 sm onion 2 c shredded cheddar cheese 12 corn tortillas 1 T New Mexico chili powder Dave/Laura’s Red Chili Sauce, reserve ¼ cup Brown the beef, add onion, chili powder and a ¼ cup of Red Chili Sauce. cover the bottom of a 9x13 dish. Dip a tortilla in sauce, lay it in the baking dish, add 2 Tbsp meat & a little cheese. Roll it tightly. Continue until all meat and tortillas are used. Add remaining cheese and sauce. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
