Chocolate Covered Peppermint Stirring Sticks_ you'll need:  1 doz. candy canes  1 C choc. chips  5 tbsp heavy whipping cream - Vanilla (optional for taste)  Directions:  1. heat choc. chips and heavy whipping cream in double boiler until completely melted and thoroughly mixed - stir often  2. Add vanilla to chocolate/cream mix if van. flavor is desired  3. Dip candy canes into melted chocolate/cream or spoon melted chocolate/cream onto candy canes  4. Allow to cool on wax or parchment paper

Chocolate dipped candy cane stir sticks throw in a cute tin of hot chocolate and you have a great Christmas gift

Thumbprint Snowman Cookies these would be easy placing a white chocolate disc on top while warm and then when cool a little royal frosting or a food edible ink marker .
