You can save tomato paste for up to 3 months when you freeze it! Open both ends of the can but do not remove them. Wrap entirely in plastic wrap and freeze. Once frozen push paste out of the can. re-wrap and place back in the freezer.

Did you know you can freeze celery successfully?  Wash and trim the celery ribs and cut into slices.  Place pieces on a cookie sheet lined with a paper towel. Put into freezer for several hours. When celery is frozen, remove from cookie sheet and put into a zipper freezer bag before returning to the freezer.  When a recipe calls for celery, you have it ready to go in the freezer.

Don't let your celery wilt in the fridge and go to waste! Freeze what you don't use! Simply cut into small pieces place on cookie sheet lined with paper towel. Place in freezer. Once frozen place in individual ziploc bags and label with amount inside!
