Chia pudding with berries & hemp hearts:      1 cup unsweetened [soy] milk      3 tbsps of chia seeds      Stevia      3 tbsp of hemp hearts      Handful of strawberries & blueberries  1. Soak chia seeds in milk for at least 20 minutes or overnight. You can sweeten it with stevia right before serving.  2. Slice strawberries, place on top along with blueberries. Berries are a good source of antioxidants but you can use any fruits you like.  3. Sprinkle hemp hearts on top
