Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis & Omaha (better known as the Omaha Road) depot at Duluth, Minnesota. The CMO built a passenger station at 200 Fifth Ave W and a freight depot at 232 Fifth Ave W. Another CMO depot stood at the foot of Eighth Ave W. It's unclear where this station was. The C&NW leased the Omaha Road in 1957; in 1972 it completely absorbed the CMO. The depots built by CMO were also used by the Duluth, Winnipeg & Pacific Railway.
