Mini Crustless Crab Quiches for the win! We first made these over the holidays & now keep some in the freezer for snacks breakfast & appetizers. While30 day 25 breakfast: I had a small piece of steak leftover from dinner a few nights ago so I sliced it and am putting it on a salad of mixed greens dried cranberries walnuts and chopped dried figs with a dressing of balsamic vinegar olive oil salt and pepper. Plus a glass of Suja green juice. I keep the steak separate from the salad until after I heat it. #top_whole30 by thrivingonpaleo

Can't beat a nice PUY LENTIL salad made with ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH ARTICHOKES & ASPARAGUS. It's exciting colourful and extremely delicious made in a homemade pesto dressing. This makes the perfect salad at lunch or a great healthy snack. Recipe will follow soon! More fun with the zoodle maker! Do you have one of these? I'm obsessed! I combined zucchini noodles with shrimp shredded carrots onions green onions mushrooms yellow peppers cabbage coconut aminos garlic and a little ginger seasoned with Flavor God Everything Spicy. Lots of ingredients but super easy...just chop it up and throw it in a pan!
