I really like this little painting by Leonard Defrance, called "The Breakfast" Not sure of the date - looking at the styling I'm thinking 1770s.

Notice the camisole tied over the chemise with red ribbons. Second half of century Source of Entry: Sheremetev Palace Museum, Leningrad.
