RHUBARB/Strawberry/Raspberry(FREEZE FRUIT) 5 GAL.-121/2 lbs. rhubarb chopped in food processor, strawberries & raspberries to total 21 lbs fruit.& 21 lbs sugar-Mix in strainer bag & lightly cover 24 hrs. Next day-Mix 5 crushed campden tabs.& leave 24 more hrs. Strain to carboy. Mix 5 tsp. yeast nutrient, 1 pk yeast with warm water to 5 gal. Airlock. RACK 3-4 weeks when not bubbling. Keep racking till clear. If sweetening add 1 campden tab per bottle to stop yeast. Age 6-9 mo.
