Old

Kodak Instamatic Camera with GE Flashcube. This was a major innovation in its time. I just remember burning my fingers when I changed the flashcube.

A transistor radio with a saddle-stitch case and a handle. My dad bought me this exact radio when I was 10 for Christmas

I have a lamp that is similar to this that belonged to my grandma. She had it on her end table next to her recliner where she would sit and crochet.

A lamp exactly like this sat on the table by bed for many years.

˚Washing Machine by Maytag My great grandmother still had one of these when I was a child. It was in a room off of the kitchen. My cousin said "it was better than the old one, because this one had the electric wringer" and I am talking 1970, lol.

My grandma used this type of washer when I was a kid. I remember wringing out clothes through that wringer on top! I remember when Mom got her first automatic washing machine!

Remember these hanging/swag lights in the 1970s? My Mom had one just like this one. If I had one today, I'd hang it up in the Living Room.

Nothing said home decor better than swag lamps.and gold shag carpets. We had this exact lamp in our living room.

Where's the Beef???? - Remember how popular this was? Ridiculous!

Where's the Beef Lady. This campaign for Wendy's starred an played by Clara Peller. By Peller was fired from Wendy's after declaring that she had "Found the Beef" in an ad for Prego pasta sauce.

Mr. Whipple "Don't squeeze the Charmin"

Whipple squeezing the Charmin. As much as I didn't like the Charmin commercials when Mr. whipple squeezed the charmin, I surely do detest the commercials more now with the ridiculous bears!

Yellow wall rotary phone. The yellows and greens were really popular in the 70's.... to match the appliances in the kitchen! (SH)
