The rails and horizontal spines are joined via dovetails that can effortlessly be assembled by hand in less than 2 minutes. One of the most undervalued features of the design is the ample and accessible storage along the length of the bed frame. We love the look of the natural birch so we deliver all of our frames cut to precision, with routered edges and sanded surfaces, but leave it up to you to apply any finishes/stains if you feel so inclined! Creaks and squeaks are our biggest pet peeve when designing furniture. We eliminate our angst by assembling and testing every frame to make sure it meets the Sapling Studio standard.
