Luis Masriera of Barcelona made this tiara for Queen Victoria Eugenia of Spain in 1906 as a wedding gift from the people of Catalonia. It has been lost. On the band are two fleurs-de-lys, and just above them, the flag of Catalonia. Gorgeous detail in this one~

Mountbatten tiara, sold at Sothebys to a private collector by Edwina Mountbattens daughter, Lady Pamela Hicks, the little known tiara never again saw the light of day. The nickle prototype for Edwinas tiara supposedly sits on display on the exclusive second floor of Chaumets boutique in Paris.

Lady Mountbatten’s tiara; Thought to have been made around 1910 by a leading French jeweller, possibly Chaumet or Cartier. The tiara and jewels were passed on to Lady Mountbatten’s daughter.
