The Niligiri rail - his is added as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The ticket price for a 42km ride is just Rs.6 and this is affordable to anyone in India.   Built by the British in 1908 and the engine used is Swiss made. This train travels through 208 curves, 16 tunnels and 250 bridges through the scenic mountains of South India.  Travelling in this train is a step closer to history and nature
