Chocolate Squares a la LCHF. (The Scandinavians have so many terrific recipes! This one's Norwegian.) 1/4 c. butter, 3-3.5 ounces very dark chocolate, 2 eggs,  ½ cup heavy cream, 1 ½ tablespoons Truvia, 1/2 t vanilla, 1 t baking soda. Melt butter and chocolate, cool. Beat the eggs and whisk in other ingredients. Line a small baking pan with foil, pour in batter, bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes or until set. Frost or decorate as desired.

These are great savory scones to eat hot from the oven with a warming soup. They are based on traditional scones but use olive oil instead of butter. There is also no salt in this recipe as the chopped oil cured olives and parmesan cheese add enough; if you choose to make the scones with out the olives, we suggest adding ½ tsp of sea salt to the dry ingredients.
