These beautiful butterflies are totally edible and a gorgeous addition to any cake or cupcake. Add these lovelies to a cake you make, or one you purchased - either way, your guests will think you spent a fortune on a custom cake or cupcakes! Just a dab of corn syrup or frosting will hold it on nicely!
These butterflies are made with 100% edible wafer paper (made from potato starch, vegetable oil and water) and are printed using FDA approved 100% edible inks which are used exclusively for edible items.
You will receive 24 light green butterflies in the following sizes:
3 large - about 3 inch wingspan
12 medium - about 2 inch wingspan
9 small - about 1.25 inch wingspan
Your edible cake decorations will arrive in a sealed package, with instructions for attaching them to your cake or cupcakes. They are precut (by hand) and ready to use.

Our Edible Cake Decorations are GLUTEN FREE, SUGAR FREE and DAIRY FREE and our 100% Vegan. Although they are nut free - our facilities are NOT a nut free environment.
Please note - edible paper is more translucent than regular paper, and the edible inks not as vivid as regular printer inks, however, if placed against a white cake, they will look more solid and vivid.
Edible paper is also more fragile than regular paper. Butterflies should be manipulated CAREFULLY to create a fluttering effect. Oops! It broke!? No worries! They can be easily put back together with a dab of corn syrup or frosting!
SHELF LIFE - these edible cake decorations can be stored indefinitely, if kept in a cool, dry place, however, edible ink can tend to fade after time, so we recommend that you use them within 6 to 8 months for best results. Do not refrigerate!
