Francis Bacon- The only artist to date that has actually made me feel a visceral reaction to his work. I actually had to leave his exhibition at the Met because of the anxiety it brings on. Just amazing.

Alberto Giacometti - standing woman - this piece has been done with pencil in a very simplistic form, the pencil has been used very loosely. I also like the differences in depth achieved with the pencil.
