You could definitely DIY this.  Just use some old photos, pretty magazine prints, scrapbooking paper, or newspapers and use a heart punch to cut a bunch of hearts out.  Then just pencil X amount of dots across and X amount of dots down a sheet of paper.  Fold each heart gently in half before using a dot of glue to adhere - this will give the print a little texture.  Frame in a shadow box and you're all set!  Adorable!
