Healthy breakfast muffins packed with superfood ingredients such as manuka honey, chia seeds and flaxseed. Super easy to make and they store well in the fridge or freezer too.

Not exactly clean eating but I know sometimes people need a muffin! These are really great if you want to give the family a breakfast on-the-go. The kids feel like they're getting something yummy and you don't have to fret about the contents.

Mini Pancakes using Muffin Tins

Pancake Bites "baked muffin-sized pancakes with blueberries or bacon. You eat bacon with pancakes, not in them! And I'm pretty sure a "baked muffin-size pancake" is a muffin.

Banana based pancake recipe. No flour, no sugar, no oil...just 3 healthy ingredients! Ingredients: Blueberries 1 Large Egg 1 Large Banana -Peel and slice banana -Mash banana and add egg. -Mix until fully combined. -Heat a skillet on medium. -Spray with cooking spray. -Fill a 1/4 sized measuring cup with the pancake batter. -Pour measuring cup onto heated skillet. Add blueberries (5-7) -Cook each side until lightly brown. Enjoy!

Banana Pancake Bites

(kids will love) Pancake Bites. Use your favorite pancake mix pour into muffin tins add fruit nuts sausage bacon chocolate chips etc. Bake at 350 for minutes.
