Clean Peanut Butter Fudge I'm nearing the end of my second week on the 21 Day Fix, and I've been craving sweets today. This is Fix approved! Line a square dish with parchment paper. In a saucepan melt the following until smooth... 5 tsp coconut oil 6 tsp natural peanut butter 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/4 c honey Pour into the dish and set in the freezer until set. Cut into 8 pieces. On the 21 Day Fix each piece counts as 1.5 teaspoons and a spoon of honey.
