made this veggie chili, but didn't have canned tomatos or chili powder so used 1/2 a bottle of sofrito, a 16 ounce can of pace salsa. Also, no kidney beans so used great northern instead.  Made it in the crock pot so it is very soupy...we'll see how it is in 2 hours
