This was me about 2 months ago...when I was depressed and sad but working out twice a day. I have gained a few pounds now with a little tummy and not as depressed. I need it though with this arctic cold. I am happier now then obsessing about looking like this.

Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. Before shower workouts are a very good idea. one step closer to that bod. bikini bod here I come!
