  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 8 Chinese cabbage
  • 10 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Leek or green onions, large
Condiments
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
Baking & Spices
  • 5 tbsp Gochugaru
  • 1 Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds, ground
Beer, Wine & Liquor
  • 4 tbsp Cooking wine
Liquids
  • 10 cups Water
Other
  • 1 5~20 ggaetnip (perilla leaves), cut into strips
  • 8~10 small potatoes (size of eggs is perfect)
  • 5 tbsp Deulkkae garu (perilla seeds powder)
  • 2 tbsp Dwenjang (soy bean paste)
  • 2 tbsp Saewujeot (salted shrimp)
