Imposing pic of Castle Sween, which was probably build by Suibhne (Sven) ‘the Red’ and dates back to the century! You can find this amazing medieval stronghold on the east shore of Loch Sween, in Knapdale.
Arctic Light Photo - Ole Salomonsen Photography - "Westview" We are still in the period of midnight sun in northern Norway (The sun never sets during 24hrs). Here is a pic of my friend Carolina, enjoying the view towards west (direction Iceland), as we were on our way down from the summit of Skamtinden, on the west coast of Kvaløya, close to Tromsø, Norway. The height here is approx 650mas. The island to the left is Sessøya, the mountains at the back are Brosmetinden and Rødtinden
The waterfall "Furebergfossen" in Norway. The Fureberg Falls (Norwegian: Furebergfossen) in the Hordaland fylke (west coast) is a spectacular waterfall of the Fureberg River on the between Odda and Rosendal.
