No offense to the people who spend their whole paycheck on skinny wraps, shakes, meal plans, supplements, sensa, or whatever else...but this is still the best way to lose weight!! No shortcuts people, AND its cheaper.

How I feel after some of my workouts!!
I feel this every time I'm on a treadmill next to someone... Have to see how fast they are going and make sure my speed is faster
