Wether it's this or dress codes, the oppression of women across the board needs to stop, and telling one group of oppressed women not to complain because they could always have it worse isn't helpful, it's a THREAT. Oppression is not a competition.
Shoulders aren't sexual- let's stop hypersexualizing every damn part of a woman's body, and let's start in schools. it's completely disrespectful to women to expect them to change to fit boys needs, instead of teaching boys right and wrong
I guarantee you America would have a less jingoistic, less xenophobic populace overall if this sort of information were actually reported to us. If we weren’t always fed the lie of helping the world without any gratitude or help in return.
