This exercise is a simple yet effective way of creating bend and even circles. it's very easy to set up and pack away, all you need is 6 cones or markers of some kind!

The Rock Slide Follow the pattern then repeat on the opposite side as well to complete. The human keeps traveling forwards in a straight line throughout the pattern.
