Lutefisk (ick) / with Potato or Rutabaga preferably, and aerte stuing  /  ertestuing   Mashed peas made from dried peas, sometimes w/bacon. Instead of Lutefisk, another choice is Kumla/Potete Boll /  Potatoe Dumplings -- Norsk peasant food w/lots of melted butter and salt to taste w/a piece of ham inside/or not. AND some Polse ( which is a very clean, mild unique to Norway, flavored sausage of light color)
