Im obsessed with Korean food!! It is so damn good!   So, obviously I had to make a vegan Korean dish for dinner… And let me tell you, it was AMAZING! I want this all over again.   I can gladly say I’m content and have a very happy stomach.   Vegan BIBIMBAP!
