Splitting up graphics using triangles can make it look more broken-up and not giving the feeling of a flow, this graphic definitely does. I like this graphic for its theme, color palette, and organization.
This is a poster for the musical singing in the rain. The main poster colour scheme is a range of blues. when we think of blue we think of cold as it is a cold colour and i think this works well for the singing in the rain poster.

This is a journal in which uses the CRAP principles throughout the layout including the contrast between the title type and main body text. Repetiton can include the use of a header on top of every page, the black rule on top of pages containing type.
This design reminds me of a magazine, which it what it is for. I like that they manage to maintain the magazine look without shoving a bunch of colors and text into your face. Though I do think that they could have avoided designing in the gutter.
