Only in Panama-very original. Street cart selling "Raspados" which are Snow Cones topped with flavored syrups and condensed milk. They have several blocks of ice and have an awl-type of scraper that they can fit a paper cone cup where the shaved ice collects. They shave the ice for you right in front of you.
