25 signs you’re addicted to Books. Welcome to Bookaholics Anonymous. Hi my name is Hannah, and I'm addicted to books. Every year when I go backpacking, at least 5 pounds of the weight in my backpack is a thick hardcover.

Purely a summer/beach/holiday read, too predictable, but nice enough! I read it by the pool in Toscany.

Easter Crime, well written, good twist, female author and main character.

Easter Crime, well written, good twist, female author and main character.

A cleverly written story with a young South Korean/American girl as the centre point, but the story is told through a great number of characters , without loosing the reader. The first and second generation immigrants are facing very different challenges, live their lives in very different ways and are both portraited with irony, wit and warmth. Would have loved to read another novel by this author, but sadly she doen't appear to have written any other novels since 2008.

Just hoping this will be a good read. It's about a man in his late 60s, Chinese-born, brought to the USA, Seattle. As his wife has become ill with dementia and he a stranger to her, life is no longer filled with thoughts of a comfortable and safe future.

Another good crime drama from the wife and husband duo, without the lead role of Frieda Kleine this time. A tense plot with a twist right at the end! :D

Huge volume of a book, very long story, but so often beautifully written like poetry. Two young boys, in Ireland in 1916, finding love at wartime in a unsettled country.
