I finally remembered to post this.  Pelican scroll awarded to Master Philip Bell at Atlantia's Sacred Stone Baronial Birthday and Investiture this past weekend.  As his persona is Mongolian, the scroll is in the style of a Chinese hanging scroll as would have been seen under the reign of Kublai Khan. The text is in a decorative hand designed to resemble Mongolian Uyghur script; ductus provided by Mistress Moreg.  24 x 36 inches with mat; sumi-e ink on semi-sized Xuan rice paper dry mounted…
