RUGELACH-1 c butter creamed with 8 oz cream cheese, add 2 c flour until a dough forms; roll into a ball and chill 1 hour. Combine 3/4c chopped toasted almonds, 1/2c sugar, 1/2c currants, 2 tbsp honey & 1 tsp cinnamon. Divide dough in 4, roll each into circle 1/16" thick, cut each into 8 wedges. Spoon 1 tbsp filling down centre of each & roll. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. brush tops with cream and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350F for 15-20 min until golden brown.
