We tend to easily complaint for even the petty stuff. Rather than doing that, if we focus our energy and time on appreciation then everything seems alright. We feel and think better, our energy is channelize in the right direction.
Once you start eating right kind of food you will think and feel right. What you put in shows on you, mentally, physically and emotionally. So take charge of what you want to eat and drink to feel fit,happy, good and healthy.
Affirm : I am responsible for my thoughts and action. We tend to easily blame others when things either don't work out or they go wrong. To take responsibility for your own thoughts and actions helps you to be in charge.
