Italian Hoagie Dip 1/4 cup of ham 1/4 cup pepperoni 1/4 cup of genoa salami 1/4 cup provolone 1 tomato and onion 1 tsp of garlic salt and oregano 1/4 cup mayo 1/2 head iceberg lettuce Chop meats, cheese, tomato, onion and lettuce and add to a bowl.   Stir in the oil and mayo. Slowly add the garlic salt and oregano. Slice the bread into small pieces and serve cold. Enjoy!!!
