Jam Jars for Jam Makers

mason jar pantry -- am now using this in our pantry for all of our "odd" flours. My daughter has Celiac Disease, and we have to keep small quantity of a lot of different flours on hand to make her food (amaranth, arrowroot, tapioca starch, millet, sorghum, brown rice, white rice, and corn flours). Instead of a mess of rolled-up packages and bags, they all fit neatly into the pantry now. It prevents cross-contamination, and I can easily see when they're running low. I used wide-mouth jars.
