3-Minute Flourless Chocolate Soufflé (South Beach Diet Phase 1 approved) | INGREDIENTS: 1Tbsp Smart Balance, melted and slightly cooled; 2 Tbsp skim milk; 1 tsp real vanilla extract; 1/4 cup egg substitute;  2 Tbsp sugar free cocoa powder; 4 packets stevia | DIRECTIONS: Whisk together in order. Pour in ramekin. Microwave for 1 minute. Top with 5 semi sweet chocolate chips. Enjoy!
