El Gallo de Moron (The Moron's Rooster) In Cuba when a person wants to tell somebody that he has failed doing something, they say: "You are as the Moron's rooster, exposed and clacking". At the town's entrance rises a monument to that bird, giving a welcome to traveler with its opened beak. That phrase gave him the nick name of "the Moron's rooster". The inhabitants of the town put an end to the official's outrages and a massive rally took him out of office and whacked him. He never returned.
