Home Made Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut “Nutella” Spread - This quick easy home made vegan chocolate hazelnut spread tastes a lot like nutella without all of the dairy and refined sugar. Just throw everything in your food processor or Vitamix and devour!

Raw Lemon “Cream” Bars: In a Vitamix, add  4 c. cashews, 1 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 c. water,  1/2 c. coconut oil,  1/2 c. coconut nectar, and  1/4 tsp. lemon drop stevia.  Blend on high for 2 minutes. You may need to use a spatula once to scrap down the sides and reblend for a few more seconds. Use a spatula to scoop the mixture into a pie pan. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Use a large knife to cut into individual bars. Serve!  Makes 8 servings.
