Pumpkin Bars   1 tsp cinnamon  1/2 tsp ginger  1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp  cloves  ½ c pumpkin puree ½ c almond butter ⅓ c honey 2 eggs 1 tsp van.  ¼ tsp sea salt ½ tsp b soda Preheat oven to 350F, grease  8" x 8" pan generously with coconut oil or butter. Combine ingredientsl; mix well for smooth batter  Put batter in greased pan; bake at 350F for 20-25 min. or until the edges are golden brown or center firm. Allow to cool completely in the pan, then cut, serve!
